Kitchen Hint: Key Lime Juice can be frozen for up to a year or more in 1/2 cup quantities that are the perfect size for 1 pie. Because of shipping weight minimums, it is much more economical to buy 2 and freeze the contents of one! (DO NOT FREEZE IN THE BOTTLE!) Two bottles ship for approximately the same price as one!

Key Lime Juice from Concentrate and less than 1-1/10 of 1% Sodium Benzoate as Preservative.
As an award winning baker, I can attest this is the best key lime juice to use in baking. Amazing key lime flavor with slightly floral aftertones. Definitely buy at least two bottles, because once others taste your key lime pie, they will crave it and ask for more throughout the year
